The Diocese is offering a Catholic Campout in March. The Troop may not be able to pull together a contingent, but we want to make you aware of this great opportunity, as families can participate. Information can be found at https://www.arlingtondiocese.org/youth-ministry/scouting/catholic-campout/
Due to construction, we do not have access to the school this month. The September 17th meeting will be upstairs in the St. Mary's Lyceum, on Duke St. (across from the Rectory.) The September 24th meeting will be in the Martha Washington Library, on Ft. Hunt Rd. Please be quiet and respectful when entering both venues.
Next weekend's bike/camp out has been modified due to flooding. The National Park Service closed a large portion of the towpath along the Chesapeake and Ohio Trail because it's not safe and it's likely to be closed again next week. We will still hold a bike ride but without an overnight camp out along the Washington and Old Dominion Trail beginning 8:30am and ending approximately 3:30pm, Saturday September 22.
